I truly enjoy helping people find their dream homes. I diligently search for the home that will be the very best fit for my client. I have multiple times found the perfect home on our first trip out, but other times it has taken as many as 30 showings to find the right one. It has been a joy to have helped many first time buyers get through the intimidating process of buying. I really believe a buyer knows when they have just walked into their new home. I expertly advise my buyers throughout the offer process without stifling their opinions and thoughts. Once the contract is signed, I work closely with all the inspectors and the mortgage company, keeping my buyers well informed until we reach the closing table.
