I understand the emotions involved in selling the house that has been my client’s home for many years. I help my sellers through the entire process, from getting their house prepared to go on the market, to closing day. The process starts with the market analysis, giving the sellers a good idea of the current value of their home and then advising sellers of the importance of de-cluttering, staging and making small repairs. I provide the highest quality photographs to showcase the property. Great photos speak volumes in catching a buyer’s eye. I offer extensive experience negotiating the best offer for my sellers and I am there for them until they hand the keys over to the new owners.
